Nikki Pederson is the CEO of Nikki Pederson Talent and serves as the Networks Executive Director. With over 20 years of experience discovering some of the industries leading actors and models, Pederson has managed to establish tremendous relationships within both the entertainment and fashion industry.
LA Acting Coach & Comedic Scene Writer
Brian Cunningham is a Houston, Tx native and a Nikki Pedersonal Talent alumni. After completing his training at NPT, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue his dream of comedic acting and scene writing. Brian’s knowledge of the industry has been an asset in writing our comedic scenes each year for our up and coming actors for our LA showcase. He has proven to be a talented coach and director for our team each year as well.

Hollywood Television and Film Actor and Coach
Raini is a Bryan, Texas Native is also a Nikki Pederson Talent Alumni and an award winning Hollywood actress. She is best known for her roles as Trish in the Disney Channel original series Austin & Ally and Maya Blart in the films Paul Blart: Mall Cop and Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2. She has also appeared in an episode of The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and on the Disney XDshow I'm in the Band. She played Tess in the 2011 film Prom and won Best Young Television Actress at the 2013 Imagen Awards.[3]
Her vast knowledge within the television and film industry makes her a perfect fit for our LA Invitational Coaching team.
Talent Scout and Stylist
Dani Davis is a former model with over 20 years experience in the modeling and talent industry. Out of her passion for helping educated and develop models, Davis is also an award winning Makeup Artist and has worked alongside some of the world's leading photographers. We are proud to have Dani’s styling and image consulting as part of our program each year at NPT. She travels with our team to Los Angeles each year during Showcase season to style and consult with our LA Invitational Team. Her positive attitude along with her extensive knowledge as a stylist has been such an asset to our team.
Marketing Director
Tiffany has over 20 years of experience in both Marketing and Advertising that she brings to the Nikki Pederson team. Tiffany is part of the “beginning” process of our yearly Open Call Auditions for our LA Invitational Team. Each June, she begins reaching out to all of our applicants who have submitted their information to our website and schedules them to come in for our Open Call Auditions that take place in August.
